Traditional Ashtanga Yoga on the gorgeous island of Siargao, Philippines. Sadhana will be open from Jan 26th 2020 through the end of the year. Tarik will be teaching from Jan 26th through May 3rd, 2020. We will soon announce the schedule for the rest of the year and other guest teachers.
