What is Siargao?  A beautiful tropical island in with surfing, great beaches, international and local food and community. Many types of accommodation from simple beach bungalows to high-end resorts.

Why Siargao? Well honestly you have to come and see for yourself but essentially it offers everything that we wanted in a place for practice and quality healthy living.   It has a small population relative to its size so there are never any crowds and it is always easy to find a deserted beach.  The activities are nearly endless from surfing, swimming, hiking, SUP boarding, wake boarding,  boating, kayaking, siesta or just relaxing. There is also an established international community which means you have access to a variety of quality international dining and cafes.  The local community are warm, open and extremely friendly and generous.

If you have been wanting to practice somewhere with abundant natural beauty, stunning beaches, world class surf, affordable accommodations, great food, fresh juicy mangos and a beautiful local culture and community then Siargao might be the place you have been dreaming of.  I know I was.

Grand opening of Sadhana Siargao will be open year round from Feb 6th, 2019.

Tarik Thami will be teaching from February 6th – June 2nd, 2019.

The next teacher and scheduled time slot will be announced later in the year.
